Film is about Vivian whose family got murdered when she was little old . Then she moves to Romania with aunt Astrid. She has cousin namely Rafe who is baddie in film with his small group. Vivian is like not much interested in rules of her root wolf ethics but still want to be part of it. Wolf community leader Grabiel is father of Rafe but now want Vivian as her next bride. She doesn’t like that.so , here comes our american writer Aiden who fall in love with Vivian.
Rafe don’t like Aiden, during their fight Rafe is killed due to Aiden’s silver necklace , wow. Now, Grabiel want to kill Aiden. Wolf community having rule of hunt on full moon night in forest. They choose the human who is danger for them ,cut his skin with knife , tell him to run towards river , if he cross the river he safe, but he chased by these wolves. In moon light they turn into wolves. Same goes with Aiden but his love Vivian saves him.
At the end , Vivian kills Grabiel & they run after Romania & go towards Paris.
Movie is totally different from book & somehow thats where it lacks. Plus, the plot is nothing exciting like Van heilsing /Underworld kinda effect which has some impact. Though, cinematography is some how good at catching beautiful Romania. The visual effects are not upto mark or should I say there few & I found little silly.
Somehow I dont seem to like movies involving wolves and werewolves.
